Triple-layer Low-E insulated glass, with its outstanding performance and iconic aesthetic appeal, has long been the preferred choice for high-end urban architecture. One Community has adopted an emerging assembly-based interior finishing product system for its internal decoration. Specifically, this involves prefabricating various standardized interior components (such as wall panels, flooring, and ceilings) in factories and then transporting them to the construction site for dry construction assembly.
This method has several significant technical features. First, its standardized modular design allows each decoration component to be centrally produced in factories, with only assembly required on-site, greatly improving construction efficiency. Second, the assembly process uses dry construction methods, meaning that large amounts of cement, mortar, and other wet construction materials are not needed during the decoration process. This not only achieves low-carbon environmental protection and fast construction but also ensures high-quality and stable results. It also avoids dust, noise, and waste, minimizing indoor pollution sources and construction waste pollution problems.
It is worth emphasizing that the materials used in the assembly-based interior finishing of One Community not only possess excellent properties such as fire resistance, water resistance, environmental friendliness, insect resistance, mildew resistance, insulation, and soundproofing but also completely eliminate the release of toxic substances such as formaldehyde at the source.

The fixed furniture panels inside the boutique apartments are of ENF grade. Compared to E0, ENF stands for No added Formaldehyde, meaning that no formaldehyde is added during the production process. This grade is also one of the strictest environmental standards globally.
